Founded in San Francisco in 2010, Comar LLP is a modern law office specializing in investor representation, full-service corporate counsel and corporate litigation.

Under the direction of D. Inder Comar, Esq., our attorneys have represented Fortune 100 companies, startups, investors, political parties, and governments worldwide.

Our approach to law is based on the classical role of advisor.  Just as advisors in previous eras would be experts in a variety of disciplines in order to best assist the sovereign, we believe that modern legal counsel must take a Renaissance approach in advising ventures in corporate formation, corporate growth, and corporate defense and conflict.
