We're proud of our clients.

From mission-driven startups to some of the biggest venture funds in the world, we work closely with clients to optimize their strategic legal and business objectives.

What Clients Say

Radicand operates on an innovative partnership model that required us to implement a completely new legal structure. Other law firms only offered us pro forma, boilerplate solutions that were totally misaligned with our vision. Comar Law worked with us directly to draft custom legal agreements from scratch, taking the time to understand our particular needs and fine-tuning the details to suit our model. Their accessibility and attention to detail is unparalleled in my experience. Working with Comar Law gave us a serious edge in realizing our vision for the company faithfully and quickly.

Greg Kress, Ph.D., Director & Founder, Radicand Design Collaboratory [Successful funding round]

I've worked with many attorneys in my business life, but never anyone as knowledgeable and diligent as Inder Comar.  We had to sell our software business in a compressed timeline and go through some very difficult negotiations.  Inder Comar was there every step of the way, providing wise counsel and protecting us from risk.  The deal closed right on time and very favorably for us.  Many thanks, Inder
